For This Community, Climate Change is Very Real   Dear Reader,   Louisiana loses about a football field of coastline every hour. In this new short documentary, we meet a few of the people in the direct line of that loss. Filmmakers Duy Linh Tu and Julian Lim take us to Isle de Jean Charles, a shrinking sliver of an island 80 miles southwest of New Orleans. There we meet members of the Biloxi-Chitimacha-Choctaw, an Indigenous tribe that has lived on the island for more than two centuries. Now, after generations of living off the land, climate change has forced a permanent retreat inland.
