An Open Letter to America's Pet Community:

We are all in this together, including our pets. At Purina, we love pets. Yours and our own. This is an uncertain time, and we are doing everything we can to make sure your pets will have nutritious pet food in their bowls in the weeks and months ahead.

Our amazing associates are working in our U.S. plants (keeping a safe distance from each other) to make the litter, treats and foods that fuel your pet and continue to provide industry-leading quality and safety checks at every step for every batch. We know that increased demand has led to some empty shelves, and we will continue working hard to make sure you can find Purina products on shelves (or in your online carts) to meet your food and litter needs.

In addition, we are sending pet food, litter and support to our shelter partners who are working tirelessly to adapt and care for pets who are awaiting their forever families. We are humbled by the commitment of shelters and rescues to serve, and we will do our best to match their passion and support their selfless work. Like you, many of us are also working from home. And by having our pets by our side, we are reminded that our pets are so much more than pets, they are family. We've always believed that pets and people are better together, and this has never been truer than in trying times.
