Grant funds could provide items such as: |  | Extra-large kennels that include multiple
individual insulated dog rooms, dog runs,
and feed rooms | |  | | Heating and air conditioning for kennels | |  | | Veterinary costs | |  | Start-up supplies like food, beds, blankets,
